Important Due Dates:

Income Tax Lodgement Due Dates:

Self preparers income tax returns are due by the 31st of October, otherwise if you are registered under our tax agent listing your return could be due at one of the dates listed below:

  • 2nd of November
  • 29th of February
  • 31st of March
  • 16th of May
  • 3rd of June

Please contact our office and we can let you know the exact date your return is due.

Business Activity Statements:

Business Activity Statements are generally due 4 weeks after the end of the quarter as show below:

  • 28th of October
  • 28th of February
  • 28th of April
  • 28th of July

Note however if you registered under our tax agent listing we can generally get an additional 4 week extension (other than for the December BAS).


Other important due dates:

  • Fringe Benefits Tax Returns can be due as early as the 21st of May
  • Taxable Payment Annual Reports are due the 28th of August
  • PAYG Payment Summary – Individual Non Business are due by the 14th of July
  • PAYG Withholding Payment Summary Annual Report can be due from as early as the 14th of August
  • Superannuation Guarantee Contribution payments are due 4 weeks after the end of the quarter
